The mind/ body connection is so real. I witness it each day seeing stories from various coaches and practitioners and watching my clients' health improve just by focusing on what's going on in their world and how they process and cope. I have also personally experienced the power of shifting lifestyle factors and having symptoms alleviate! Even the type of people I invest my time with can sometimes have an immediate impact...for better or worse, depending on the person!
